Why did I have to give so much information when I registered? This information will automatically appear on your order form when you place an order, saving you the time of typing in your company name, address, etc.

Is my information secure? Yes. We maintain all of our client inforamtion in a secure database that is totally inacessible from the web. The only way anyone can retrieve any information is to have a valid administrator login name and password.

How will my information be used? The main use of your information is to allow secure entry for you as a qualified wholesale buyer into our web site (and deny entrance to your retail customers!). That is the only purpose for your sales tax or Federal ID numbers. After your registration, the information will automatically fill in the blanks when you place an order. This saves you time and typing. The only other use for your information is that we may send out an occasional e-mail newsletter to our registered buyers. You will be given an opportunity to remove yourself from the e-mail list for the newsletter.

What if my registration information changes? If your information changes, you can revise your registration by going to My Account after you have logged in.

How can I find the products I'm looking for? There are two ways to locate the products you need: 1) The site's Search Engine allows you to search for any word on all catalog pages. If your word appears anywhere on our catalog pages, you will be given a link to those pages. 2) Select a Category from the drop down list on the Home Page. You will next be able to see a list of manufacturers who have products in that category.

How to Order Because this web site is a rep group representing a collection of vendors, ordering may be different from one to another. You can easily place your order online by clicking on the order button or "Click Here" link. The minimum for the item you have clicked to order will be displayed in the quantity text box. You can change the quantity if you want to order more than the minimum. If you change your mind after you've added a product to your cart you can simply click "remove". Because your registration information is in our database, your name and address information will automatically appear in the blanks when you check out. You can order by the credit cards accepted by the vendor or COD, if your vendors accepts them. There are two ways to order: 1) Each manufacturer has online catalog pages with pictures of their products. From the home page, click on the "Manufacturer's Catalog" link. Click on the pictures to see a larger version. The item number, description and price are beside the pictures. Simply click on the "Add to Purchase" button to order a product. Then follow the instructions to fill your shopping cart. 2) You can also select a manufacturer from the price list dropdown list on the home page. The price list will display and you can enter a quantity by the items you want to order. Click "Process Order Now" and continue in the shopping cart until time to checkout.

What is the Minimum Order? Each manufacturer has a minimum order for its line. When you begin an order, you will be asked to put in your user name and password and your shopping cart will be set up automatically and you can continue shopping. You will have a separate shopping cart for each manufacturer and the system will only let you check out when you have met the minimum order for that manufacturer. If you want, you can leave a manufacturer and go to another without checking out. At any time you can view the status of your shopping carts by clicking "View Carts" on the top bar.

What About Credit Card Security? You can be confident when you place an order that your credit card information is secure. Our shopping cart uses a proprietary system of credit card number transmission that makes it impossible for the entire number to be seen by hackers and web thieves. When you enter your card number, we break it into two parts and the entire number is never transferred across the Internet at one time. It is more dangerous for you to give your credit card number over the telephone than for you to place a shopping cart order with us.

How Do I Request Catalogs? The easiest way for you to get a catalog for a vendor is to print out the web pages on your own printer. Web pages are easier to change than printed catalogs and so they are often more up to date. If you still want a catalog, you can request one by phone, fax or e-mail.
